Walker Szurek

Walker Szurek is the co-founder and CEO of Prospyr, an all-in-one practice management platform built for medical spas, wellness clinics, and plastic surgery practices. A Stanford-trained mechanical engineer, he started out in private equity due diligence at Bain & Company before moving into software, including a product director role at Chargebee. He founded Prospyr in 2021 with CTO Greg Kopyltsov, shaping the product from a network of practice owners, managers, injectors, and front-desk staff before writing a single line of code. Today Prospyr runs on roughly 500 locations, unifying the EMR, CRM, marketing, point of sale, and AI tools that practices otherwise stitch together across separate systems. Based in Austin, Texas, he stays close to customers and credits listening as the company's real superpower.
